We had our patio done by Matt and his team in September and we’re happy with the service we received.
I had three different quotes for the job we wanted doing and as soon as Matthew came round, I already knew I wanted him to do the work. He was the only one who seemed passionate and gave different perspectives and ideas on what would work best for us. On top of that, he was a very likeable guy and I felt he like be trustworthy if we had any issues.
The quote we had from MCH was the most expensive (although there was more work involved and little extras due to some nice ideas from Matt). But I think it’s worth paying more for someone who can provide quality work which will hopefully last years. I had a lot of questions and changes prior to having the work done. Matt was always quick to reply and have a thorough response and nothing felt like it was too much trouble.
We had a porcelain patio fitted by the team and Matthew came over most days to check both us and him were happy with the work being done. In the middle of the work being done, we realised that layout could have been better if it was different. We weren’t sure whether to say anything but thought we didn’t want to regret leaving it as it was. It caused a bit of stress and an extra day or two work but Matthew was very patient throughout, trying to sort it out while he was on a weekend away too (apologies!).
A couple of weeks after the work was done, we had a very minor issue with a little bit of the grouting which kept catching our eye every time we walked past it. I thought I’d mention this to Matt, he asked for a couple of pics and said he’d be round one evening when he had a spare hour.
A couple of weeks later he turned up with his grinder and a bit more grout and finished it off lovely.
We would have MCH and his team back for more work in the future without a doubt and would highly recommend them.
Matt and Kelvin supported superbly by Mark and Haydan have just completed a major landscaping project for us which has involved laying a large patio of limestone slabs, creating and laying paths of setts, laying a new driveway (all beautifully interconnected) and levelling and re-turfing our lawn.
We are absolutely delighted with the results. Everything has been carried out with the utmost precision and professionalism.

Highly professional, hard working and great workmanship. I used MCH to install our driveway 5-bar gates after seeing them installing fencing at another property in the village.
In what should have been a relatively straightforward job, a few issues arose with underground concrete slabs and utility pipes These were quickly resolved as they worked around and I was impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Well mannered and friendly guys.

We were lucky to find this company. They did a highly professional job in completely transforming our garden over a two week period by removing rotten decking & wooden posts, removing around 40 tonnes of soil, building very solid new hardwood sleeper retaining walls, creating a new decking area with steps and re-turfing.
Nothing was too much trouble from the initial design through to the end result. They worked out how to make the very best use of the space available and advised on the right materials to use. Their price was competitive, and they worked from dawn to dusk every day in all weathers to get it done.
Matthew and his colleagues are thoroughly nice people too. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for any kind of landscaping work and we would certainly use them again in the future if we had another project.
Being a fellow landscaper, I was approached to complete a project that fell outside my radius of work. Knowing that Matthew worked in the area, I assessed the project and then handed on the details to him.
